According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Thursday, January 30, 2025, two citizens, Bafrin Mahmoudi, a resident of Bukan, and Anwar Kurd, a resident of Hesar Balaghi village in the Bukan district, were arrested and transferred to an unknown location.
According to received reports, Anwar Kurd was arrested at his home by security forces without a judicial warrant.
