According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, a 23-year-old Kurdish citizen identified as Pouya Nasiri, from Mahabad, was arrested by security forces.
According to Hana’s sources, Mr. Nasiri was arrested at his workplace without the presentation of judicial documents and was subjected to physical assault during the arrest.
