According to reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization, on Monday, July 7, 2025, a Kurdish citizen identified as Shwaneh Shirbeigi, son of Jafar and a resident of Bukan, was arrested by security forces.
The arrest was carried out without the presentation of any judicial warrant, and since his detention, Mr. Shirbeigi has been denied access to legal counsel, family visits, and phone contact.
