According to reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization, on Wednesday , January 29, 2025, a citizen identified as Qader Rasoulpour, from Mahabad, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an unknown location.
According to Hana’s sources, 27 days ago, Mr. Rasoulpour was detained at his private residence without a judicial warrant by security forces.
Despite his family’s persistent efforts to obtain information about the reasons for his arrest and his whereabouts, they have received no response.
It is important to note that since his arrest, Qader Rasoulpour has been denied the right to contact his family, receive visits, or access legal representation.
