The Hana Human Rights Organization has learned that on Monday, September 22, 2025, a 22-year-old Kurdish citizen identified as Farzad Borjasteh, son of Bayazid and a resident of Ebrahimabad village in the Alashin district of Bukan, was arrested by security forces and temporarily released after several hours of interrogation.
According to the reports received, security forces detained this Kurdish citizen without presenting a judicial warrant and transferred him to one of their detention centers.
During the interrogation, his mobile phone was confiscated. The security forces then gained access to his Instagram account and published offensive content targeting Kurdish leaders, along with propaganda in support of the Islamic Republic.
Sources informed Hana that although Farzad Borjasteh was released later that same day, his mobile phone remains in the possession of the security forces, and the forced posts on his account continue.
