The Hana Human Rights Organization has learned that on the morning of Sunday, October 26, 2025, an 18-year-old youth identified as Aram Vafaei, a resident of Abbasabad village in Bukan County, was arrested by security forces.
According to Hana’s sources, the arrest of Aram Vafaei took place at 6 a.m. at his father’s home, without the presentation of any judicial warrant.
