Amir Amjadi was arrested after being summoned to the Marivan Intelligence Office

According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, a Kurdish citizen named Amir Amjadi, son of Ebrahim and a resident of Marivan County, who had previously been temporarily released from prison on bail, was summoned to the Marivan Intelligence Office and arrested on Tuesday, February 3, 2026.

According to received reports, after appearing at the Marivan Intelligence Office, he was re-arrested, and as of the time of this report, there is no information regarding his place of detention or the charges against him.

It should be noted that Amir Amjadi had previously been arrested on charges of “collaboration with a Kurdish political party.”
