According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization: On Monday, August 4, 2025 (13 Mordad 1404), a Kurdish citizen identified as Abubakr Oghabi, from the city of Oshnavieh, was arrested by security forces.
Abubakr Oghabi, 50 years old, is married and has children.
According to Hana’s sources, Mr. Oghabi was arrested by security forces without the presentation of any legal or judicial documents.
It is worth noting that, as of the time of this report’s publication, the reasons for his arrest and his current whereabouts remain unknown.
