According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, at noon on Monday, October 27, 2025, a worker identified as Saber Golmohammadi — married and father of three, from Saqqez — lost his life in a work-related accident while engaged in road construction activities on the Saqqez–Bukan route near the village of Tabat.
According to a reliable source, the incident occurred during the workers’ lunch break. The worker was sitting beside a road roller when the operator, unaware of his presence, started the machine and accidentally ran over him.
