A Kurdish citizen sentenced to 11 years in prison in Tehran

Hana: Recently, a Kurdish labor activist with the identity (Haidar Ghorbani) from the village of “Bezush” in the Kamyaran district was sentenced to 11 years in prison.

 

He was sentenced by the Second Branch of the Revolutionary Court of Shahriar in Tehran to 11 years in prison on charges of "membership in communities with the aim of disrupting national security."

It is said that this labor activist was previously arrested on the same charge in the city of Quds, and after more than 20 days, he was temporarily released on bail until the free trial, and this sentence was handed down to him through the "Sana" system in the past few days.
