Hana Human Rights Organization has learned that on the evening of Saturday, 20 December 2025, a kolbar identified as Bakhtiar Rouzbeh, from Towa Soran village, Marivan County, was seriously injured in the hand after being directly shot by armed border guard forces at the Tateh border area in Uraman.
According to Hana’s sources, the injured kolbar was transferred by local residents to a hospital in Marivan for medical treatment.
Hana Human Rights Organization warns against the continued killing and wounding of kolbars by the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran and emphasizes that such actions constitute a clear violation of the right to life and the principle prohibiting the arbitrary use of firearms against civilians.
