According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Sunday, November 9, 2025, a civil activist identified as Sirwan Khodakarami, a resident of Saqqez, was arrested by security forces.
According to the report, security forces raided the activist’s home without presenting a judicial warrant, arrested him, and transferred him to an undisclosed location.
