The Hana Human Rights Organization has learned that on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, a 31-year-old resident of Bukan identified as “Farnoush” (last name currently unknown) was arrested by security forces and transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to received reports, the arrest of this citizen was carried out arbitrarily and without the presentation of a judicial warrant.
It is worth noting that, 19 days following her detention, there remains an absolute lack of information regarding her whereabouts, physical condition, the reasons for her arrest, the specific security agency responsible, or any charges leveled against her.
Furthermore, reports have circulated regarding the potential arrest of her husband, Edris Feqeh. However, the Hana Human Rights Organization has not yet been able to independently verify this information, and the matter remains under active investigation and fact-checking.
