According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Tuesday, 24 February 2026, Afshin Hosseinpanahi, a civil activist from Sanandaj, was temporarily released from Sanandaj Central Prison on bail after 14 days of detention.
It should be noted that Afshin Hosseinpanahi was arrested on Tuesday, 10 February 2026, by security forces without the presentation of any judicial warrant and was transferred to an undisclosed location.
