The Hana Human Rights Organization has learned that on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 a citizen identified as Nabi Zamani, from Asmanabad, a city in illam Province, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to the information received, Mr. Zamani’s arrest was carried out without the presentation of any judicial warrant by security forces.
It should be noted that, as of the time of publication of this report, no information is available regarding the reasons for his arrest or the charges brought against this Kurdish citizen.
