According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, in recent days a citizen identified as “Fakhr-e din Babouli,” from Oshnavieh County, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an unknown location.
Based on the information received, Mr. Babouli’s arrest was carried out by security forces without the presentation of any judicial warrant.
It should be noted that, as of the time of publication of this report, no information is available regarding the reasons for his arrest or the charges brought against this Kurdish citizen.
