According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Wednesday, 11 February 2026, a citizen identified as Parviz Bangini, from Bukan County, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an unknown location.
Based on the information obtained, Mr. Bangini’s arrest was carried out without the presentation of any judicial warrant and involved the use of force at his private residence by security forces. During this operation, his mobile phone and those of several family members were also confiscated.
It should be noted that, as of the time of publication of this report, no information is available regarding the reasons for his arrest or the charges brought against this Kurdish citizen.
