According to reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization, on Tuesday, 2 December 2025, a citizen identified as Keyvan Rasouli-Azar, a 42-year-old resident of Oshnavieh County, was arrested by security forces and taken to an undisclosed location.
Keyvan Rasouli-Azar is married and the father of two children.
It should be noted that, as of the time of this report’s publication, no information is available regarding the reasons for his arrest, his place of detention, or the charges brought against this Kurdish citizen.
