According to information obtained by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Monday, December 1, 2025, a kolbar identified as Siavash Javani, married and a resident of the Talehjar village in the Sarshiw district of Saqqez, was injured as a result of direct gunfire by Border Regiment forces.
According to Hana’s sources, this young kolbar, along with a group of other kolbars, was targeted by Border Regiment forces in the border area of the village of Bastam, also located in the Sarshiw district of Saqqez, and was shot in the thigh.
The same source added that several horses belonging to the kolbars were also injured during the shooting.
