According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, in the early hours of Wednesday, 19 November 2025, the death sentence of a prisoner identified as Mohammadreza Hosseini, from Cheradol, was carried out at Ilam Central Prison.
According to Hana’s sources, this prisoner had previously been arrested on charges of “intentional murder” and was subsequently sentenced to death by the judicial authorities of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Additionally, in the early hours of Tuesday, 18 November 2025, the death sentence of another prisoner, Farshid Jamiari from Kermanshah, was carried out at Qazvin Central Prison.
Farshid Jamiari had previously been arrested by security forces on charges related to “narcotics offenses” and was subsequently sentenced to death by the judicial authorities of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
