According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, coinciding with the third anniversary of the state killing of Jina Amini, a 24-year-old Kurdish citizen identified as Mohammad Nima Ahmadi, a dismissed university student from Sanandaj, was arrested by security forces after being beaten.
According to a knowledgeable source, this Kurdish citizen was beaten by security forces in front of the entrance gate of Aichi Cemetery in Saqqez, where he was struck with batons until he lost consciousness, then arrested and transferred to an undisclosed location.
It is noteworthy that, as of the time of this report’s publication, no information is available regarding the whereabouts of this Kurdish citizen.
