In recent days, Esmail Soleimani, a 39-year-old married man and son of Ebrahim from Piranshahr, was summoned to Branch 1 of the Criminal Enforcement Office of the General and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office in Piranshahr to serve his prison sentence.
According to received reports, Soleimani was sentenced to 10 months of discretionary imprisonment on October 11, 2024, by Branch 102 of the Piranshahr Criminal Court, presided over by Judge Hamed Peyamni, on charges of “propaganda against the regime.”
Esmail Soleimani was arrested in July 2024 by security forces and was eventually released on bail after completing the interrogation process.
