Hana: A political prisoner was released on Thursday (December 16th) after 15 years in prison.
The identity of this citizen was "Ahmad Tamavi" from Salmas city. According to reports received; He was arrested by IRGC intelligence forces in Mahabad on Wednesday (October 24, 2007) and transferred to Orumiyeh Detention Center. He was sentenced to 15 years in exile in Orumiyeh County Prison. It should be noted that Ahmad Tamawi, this political prisoner, was deprived of his right to leave during these 14 years and 2 months of imprisonment.
